Yoga, Pilates and Vegan Food


Our Yoga, Pilates, and Vegan Food retreats are a wonderful balance of these three activities.


They include a Yoga workshop in the morning and a Pilates workshop in the afternoon, with plenty of time in between for some private/relaxation time.

You are welcome to join in with everything each day or take a break to relax or go explore as you wish.


There is also time for individual questions should you wish to focus on specific aspects of your practice and of course time for sightseeing, relaxing, jumping in the pool, being creative, strolling around the gardens, or just enjoying the view.


You are welcome to all our Vegan family-style meals, all included in the package.

Those guests interested in learning how to cook the easy Vegan recipes are welcome to join the chef to see how it's done or to dive in and help out if you like to learn hands-on.

Should you, however, prefer to make your own creations, there is a guest kitchen for your use and a supermarket only 6 mins away.


So as not to distract anyone wishing to have a healthy diet week, we do not provide alcoholic beverages. However, those guests that wish to immerse themselves in French wine-dinner traditions are very welcome to do so.


During the week-long retreats, Wednesday or Thursday are optional extra activity days. There are several different options, including a guided walk through the forest to Les Pierres Jaumâtres, a trip to the local market, or perhaps Boussac Château.


There are also many more activities that happen throughout the year, so please contact us to find out more or make a request. It is best to do this before you arrive, as some activities need advance booking.


This wonderful retreat is suitable for everyone, at all levels. The instructors tailor classes to the individual guest and work on the areas of your practice that you wish to develop. 

The combination of Yoga with Pilates brings a wonderfully balanced feeling to the body and mind, challenging you in different ways and complimenting each other perfectly.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATIONS


You may of course pay straight away for a course.

Should you wish to pay later, then the following applies -


A deposit is needed to reserve your place.


Weekend retreats - 100€

Week retreats - 150€

Teacher training - 399€


Deposits are refundable up until 6 weeks before a retreat begins and 8 weeks before the Teacher training course.


Full payment is requested 3 weeks before to secure your final retreat booking and 4 weeks before for Teacher training.


In case of cancellation after this point, we will gladly refund all except the deposit payment up until 2 weeks before a retreat and 3 weeks before Teacher training, after which time we can only issue a refund if your place can be filled.
