"Contrology (Pilates) develops the body uniformly, corrects wrong postures, restores physical vitality, invigorates the mind, and elevates the spirit."

-Joseph Pilates

Pilates is both a physical and mental body-conditioning programme, which uses exercise to restore natural, normal movement and good posture. It increases body awareness, flexibility, strength, tone, co-ordination, stamina and general health.

As well as those who just want to stay in shape our qualified instructors can help clients during and after pregnancy, with osteoporosis, rehabilitation after surgery or with old and new injuries.

Pilates is recommended by many physiotherapists, osteopaths, GPs and chiropractors.

PILATES targets the deep postural muscles, building strength from your core. Re-balancing the body, to bring you into a correct alignment. Your body will become longer leaner and more toned and have an excellent balance between strength and flexibility. Clients ofte often  that they can sleep better and have less tension and stress afterwards.

"Our mission has been to bring the benefits of Pilates to everyone. To this end, we have created a method that is effective, safe and challenging: a method that is taught by teachers with unrivalled skills, knowledge and integrity."
