Our Yoga, Pilates and Vegan Cooking retreats are a wonderful balance of the three activities defined by you.

You can join in with the parts you wish to each day or take a break to relax or go explore.

 

There is also time set aside for at least one private or duo session during the week-long courses should you wish to work on specific things or simply want to focus more.

 

There will of course still be plenty of time for sightseeing, relaxing, jumping in the pool, being creative or crafty, strolling around the gardens or just enjoying the view.

 

We provide delicious Vegan meals, all included in the package. Those guests interested in learning how to cook easy Vegan recipes are welcome to join the chef to see how it's donet or to dive in and help out.

Should you, however wish to make your own creation, there is a guest kitchen for your use and a supermarket 6 mins away.

So as not to distract anyone wishing to have a healthy diet week, we do not provide alcoholic beverages. However, those guests that wish to immerse themselves in the French wine-dinner traditions are very welcome to do so.

 

During the week long retreats, Wednesday or Thursday are optional extra activity days. There are several different options, including a guided walk through the forest to Les Pierres Jaumâtres, a trip to the local market, or perhaps Boussac Château.

 

There are also many more activities that happen throughout the year, so please contact us to find out more or make a request. It is best to do this before you arrive, as some activities need advance booking.

 

This wonderful retreat is suitable for everyone, at all levels. The instructors tailor classes to the individual guest and work on the areas of your practice that you wish to develop. 

The combination of Yoga with Pilates brings a wonderfully balanced feeling to the body and mind, challenging you in different ways, complimenting each other perfectly

This wonderful retreat contains all of the above in a relaxing and complimentary way.

 

The different activities are placed throughout the day so you will be able to join in with part or all as you wish, still leaving time for yourself in between.

This option also includes at least one Private or duo Pilates session.

 

Wednesday or Thursday are extra activity days. There are several possibilities, including a guided walk through the forest to Les Pierres Jaumâtres, a trip to the local market, local brocante/antiques store or perhaps Boussac Château.

We will also arrange either a basket making workshop, canoeing, horse riding, tree adventure with zip-lines or a wine tasting. This will depend on the dates you have chosen as to what activity is available.

 

There are many more activities that happen throughout the year, so please contact us to find out more or to make a request for a specific activity.

 

As with option 1, we provide delicious Vegan meals, all included in this package. Those guests interested in learning how to cook the easy Vegan recipes are welcome to join the chef n the kitchen to see how it's done and get some ideas for other recipes or to dive in and help out.

We are very excited to be chosen to host this wonderful retreat, with guest Yogi from India, Acharya Bala.

It is a 7 Days Pranayama Retreat, including all that you need to know about Pranayama.

 

Pranayama is the ancient breathing technique practiced in order to achieve the state of harmony with ones own nature.

HATHA VIDYA

 

Hatha Vidya is the purest and the most traditional form of yoga. It is the first step to improve one’s psysio-physiological state (mind and body) and complete well being. Hatha Vidya empowers one to control the mind through the body.

 

THE PRACTICE OF HATHA VIDYA

 

Beginning with easy asanas (postures) the body goes through a thorough cleansing process based on the Shad Karma Kriyas (a six-fold cleansing process) to equip the body for a full-fledged practice of Kumbhaka Padhathi (Pranayama). Then with the use of Mudras (symbolic gestures) & Bandhas (a binding action involving pressure or contraction) the Practitioner is fully prepared to explore Nadaanusandhan (pursuing inner and external sounds, a pure and meticulous practice of corporeal and spiritual bliss).

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATIONS

 

You may of course pay straight away for the course.

Should you wish to pay later, then the following applies -

 

A deposit of 100€ is needed to reserve your place.

Deposits are refundable up until 6 weeks before the retreat begins.

 

Full payment is requested 3 weeks before to secure your final booking.

 

In case of cancellation after this point, we will gladly refund all except the deposit payment up until 2 weeks before, after which time we can only issue a refund if your place can be filled.
